Cloth diapers are difficult to use and are inconvenient to care for and wash |
FuzziBunz™ are convenient to use and simply involve an extra few loads of laundry a week. While you do the laundry, you can enjoy play time with your baby. No need to run to the store to buy new diapers. |
|
Cloth diapers can be too expensive |
There is a one-time up-front cost to buying FuzziBunz™, but after that, you never have to think about buying diapers again! Also, because FuzziBunz™ make great gifts, many mothers receive them at baby showers and never spend a penny on diapers. |
|
Cloth diapers have pins and plastic pants that can poke or irritate my baby's skin |
Reusable diapers have come a long way. While some mothers still use pins and plastic pants, there are many innovative and modern options like FuzziBunz™ available today. FuzziBunz™ are made with soft fleece and easy-to-use snaps; there are no materials to irritate your babys delicate skin. |
|
Cloth diapers are not environmentally friendly because you have to use extra water to wash them |
The amount of water used to launder cloth diapers at home is about 50 to 70 gallons of water every three days; this is about the same as a toilet-trained child or adult flushing the toilet five to six times a day. Eighteen billion disposable diapers are thrown in landfills each year, taking as many as 500 years to decompose. They make up the third largest source of solid waste in landfills, a significant fact considering that disposable diapers are used by a limited portion of the population. More than 82,000 tons of plastic and 1.3 million tons of wood pulp, or a quarter-million trees, are needed to manufacture disposable diapers in the U.S. Some will argue that in areas prone to droughts that disposables are the better environmental choice. If that is the case, we should take that example to the extreme by using disposable plates and utensils and doing away with dishwashers. |
|
You can't use cloth diapers to control night time leaks |
FuzziBunz™ offer an adjustable, snug fit around the legs and waist to deter potential leaks. Also the patented pocket design allows you to add more absorbency into the pocket, which is particularly useful at night. |
|
Cloth diapers don't keep your baby dry |
While traditional cloth diapers have been known to be wet and soggy, FuzziBunz™ contain a super absorbent inner layer that pulls away moisture from your babys delicate skin, similar to disposable diapers, which keeps your baby dry. Another difference is that disposables contain a super-absorbing chemical called polyacrylate. FuzziBunz™ contain no chemicals, so they keep your baby naturally dry by design. Plus, cloth diapers have been linked to lower incidences of diaper rash, so your baby may never experience the perils of diaper rash again. |
|
Cloth diapers are bulky and ugly |
FuzziBunz™ offer a slim fit that come in a variety of sizes to fit your babys body shape. Many parents are delighted when they see how cute their babies look in the wide-variety of FuzziBunz™ colors. |
|
Cloth diapers are unsanitary |
FuzziBunz™ were designed to be more sanitary than most cloth diapers because they have a two-part design. Both parts are thoroughly cleaned after each use. There is no need for swirling, soaking or dunking dirty diapers. You simply wash the diapers in your laundry machine and then theyre
ready to be used again within hours. |
